Store Policies

Our policy is the customer is number ONE no acceptions. If you have the need to return anything to us please call 315-876-4273 for a return authorization. There is a 15% restocking charge on return items (this may be waived). Items special ordered or built to your specifications are non-returnable. We will always try to accommodate our customers so if you do have a product that you can't use call customer service and we will try to find someone who can use your part.
